Every match in every division is played out on our servers, around the clock, whether you log in or not. Pro pays for those servers, for the database that remembers every season, and for the time to build what comes next.

Is this pay-to-win?
No. Pro changes how the game looks to you and, as the extras land, how convenient it is. It never touches the engine, a player, a budget, a bid or the clock. The list of what Pro can never include is above, and the terms bind us to it.
Do I need Pro to enjoy the game?
No. Every match, market, board and trophy is free, and nothing free is ever moved behind Pro. Pro is for managers who want to back the game and have it look like theirs.
How do I cancel?
Settings, then Manage billing. Two clicks. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, then your account carries on exactly as a free one.
What happens to my theme if Pro ends?
The game goes back to the navy and gold press box. Nothing else changes, because nothing else was different.
I was a tester. Do I have to pay?
No. Everyone who had Pro before it went on sale keeps it for life as a Founder, with the badge to prove it.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe. You pay on Stripe’s own checkout page and your card details never reach us. Prices include VAT, and your statutory rights, including any cooling-off period where you live, are not affected.
What is Premier?
The tier above Pro, for managers who want to back the game further. Everything in Pro, plus the Premier badge, a place on the supporters wall, a vote on what is built next and early sight of off-pitch features. It buys nothing on the pitch either.
Does paying get a say in the roadmap?
Premier does. Each season Premier members vote on which feature from our published shortlist is built next. Whatever wins is built for everyone and released to everyone at once, so a vote never buys an edge. Pro does not vote, and feedback from every manager is still read.
