It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, scraped or used to train a model without permission, except as the law allows.

Things you make in the game, such as a club name or a kit, remain yours; see the terms of service for the licence you give us to show them.

The CLUBVERSE™ name and word mark, and CLUBVERSE™ Pro, are trade marks of DANCER DIGITAL LTD, whether or not registered. Neither the logo nor the name may be used without permission, except to refer to the game in a truthful and non-misleading way.

Apple, Google, Microsoft, Discord, Cloudflare, Supabase, Railway, Resend and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site refers to services we use or integrate with and does not imply endorsement.

A work of fiction

CLUBVERSE™ is a work of fiction. Every player, manager, club, league, sponsor, brand and place in it is invented, and any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to real clubs, companies, brands or places, is coincidental and not intended.

Player and staff names are generated from lists of common given names and surnames by region. Club, league and place names are invented. The sponsors and brands in the game are fictional companies with fictional logos. Player and staff portraits are generated images of people who do not exist. Match reports, commentary and press stories are written by the game about events that happened only in the game.

Where the game uses real-world terms, such as the names of countries, playing positions, or the shape of a football season, it does so descriptively. Nothing in the game is affiliated with, endorsed by, or intended to represent any real football club, league, governing body, competition, player, manager or company.

If you think something infringes your rights

A generated name might coincide with a real person’s. A manager might design a kit that looks like a real one. If you believe something in the game infringes a right you hold, tell us what it is, where it appears, what right you hold and how to reach you, and we will look at it promptly and remove or change anything that should not be there.

The game is built on open-source software, used under its licences, and hosted on services listed in the privacy notice. Fonts are used under their licences. We are grateful to all of them.
